Policies for shipping of goods:
Shipping within 3 business days of payment confirmation. I generally use second-class "signed-for" postage with Royal Mail. Please check shipment. Any queries should arrive within a week after receipt, or I assume everything's fine.
Returns policy.
No returns. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. That means that if something doesn't do the job I claimed it did, then you're entitled to a full refund.
I try to describe goods fully. Used goods have normal "wear and tear". If you simply don't like something and want to return it, I'd rather not, because I wouldn't have sold it if I could use it myself, and you might as well put it online yourself and sell it.
